This is an agreement (the “Terms”) between users (“You”) and 【MiracleNovel-Read Romance】 for related services and features (the “Services”) provided by 【(IBT) PTE. LTD.】  (“We”, “Us”). By agreeing to these Terms, you are also agreeing to the Privacy Policy.  (“Privacy Policy”).

By accessing the Services, you are agreeing on behalf of yourself or those you represent to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not use our Services.

We may update the Terms from time to time. The current version of the Terms is available on the Application. You understand and agree that it is your obligation to review these Terms from time to time to stay informed on current rules and obligations. Your use of the Services following the changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changed Terms.

You can use your Third-Party Account (e.g., your Apple account) to access certain features of the service (e.g., participating in In-App Purchase). You represent that you are at least seventeen (17) years of age. If you have not reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must obtain permission from your legal guardian to use the service. You are responsible for all actions that occur on your account logged in.

Whenever you use the Services, you must comply with these Terms and applicable laws, regulations, and policies. Services may be accessed from all around the world, so it is your responsibility to follow local laws and regulations when assessing the Services.

Access to the Service, or to certain features of the Service, may require you to pay fees. You may be able to obtain virtual coins (“Coins”) by purchasing. Consuming Coins can unlock the paid chapters of books. The Coins are for your personal use within the Service and are non-transferable. Subject to compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policies, we reserve the right to control, adjust, change, or remove any virtual goods at any time without any liability to you and/or revise the pricing for virtual goods.

By purchasing and/or using virtual goods and our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not wish to accept this Agreement (including all or part of the provisions of any future updated version of this Agreement), you must immediately cease using virtual goods or paid services.

Please be aware that due to our operational costs, strategies, and considerations, we generally do not provide refunds for services that have already been utilized, but there are some exceptions. Our refund policies are the same as the Apple App Store refund policies.

By using our Services, you may publish book comments (“Your Content”). You acknowledge that user content will be made public and is not confidential. You shall not upload or otherwise provide confidential information through this service.

To protect our Services from being misused, abused or being used to harm someone, we have made some rules which apply to every user equally, regardless of the package plan chosen by them. These rules have been erected solely to ensure that every user gets to enjoy complete internet freedom, without harassing or harming any other user, and without abusing our Service.

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal use, such as transmitting any illegal material that would constitute a criminal offense as per the local, state, national or international law or regulations.
• Use our Services for the purpose of transmitting spam; to scan ports, open proxies, open relays; sending unsolicited emails in bulk quantities for opt-ins or for advertising/marketing purposes.
• Use our Services for attacking in any way, shape or form any other computer or network.
• Use our Services to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, torturous, or that can be deemed objectionable in a court of law.
• Use our Services to harm, threaten, stalk or otherwise harass another person/business.
• Use our Services to get involved in the transmission of software viruses or malicious software aimed at harming other software/hardware/telecommunications equipment.
• Use our Services to disobey any policies/procedures/regulations of networks associated with our Services.
• Use our Services to violate any international, governmental, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local rules knowingly or unknowingly.
• Use our Services to promote illegal activities, or help other people commit illegal activities by providing instructional information.
• Use our Services for infringe upon or violating our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
• Use our Services to access, share, upload or download illegal content including but not limited to, child pornography or content perceived to be child pornography.
• Use our Services to spam, phish, harm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape and to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Website and/or the Services.
• Use our Service to send spam, port scanning, scan for open proxies or open relays, send opt-in email, unsolicited email, or any type or version of email sent in large quantities.
• Use our Service to infringe or circumvent these Terms.

We may impose usage or Service limits, suspend Service, or block certain kinds of usage at our sole discretion to protect users or the Service. We also reserve the right to terminate your use of the Services for violating any of the prohibited uses or for any other reason in our sole and exclusive decision.

The Service will attempt to be always available except for limited periods for maintenance and repair. However the Service may be subject to unavailability for a variety of factors beyond our control including emergencies, third-party service failures, transmission, equipment or network problems or limitations, interference, signal strength, and may be interrupted, refused, limited, or curtailed. We are not responsible for data, messages, or pages lost, not delivered, delayed, or misdirected because of interruptions or performance issues with the Service or communications services or networks.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, employees, members, partners, agents, and suppliers, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, members, shareholders, partners, and agents, from all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement. We may, at our sole discretion, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. The assumption of such defense or control by us, however, shall not excuse any of your indemnity obligations.

These Terms shall in all respects be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Singapore for all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.

If any provision in this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect the original intent of the provision, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. Any failure to exercise or enforce any right or the provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
